Oops. I fail. I'm tually all in Ret, so it's melee swings, spells, and seals. Here's a link to my skills. Ret stuff I will resp out of Pursuit of Juste later on, but for now it's so useful with the billion quests to do, and all I'm missing on is 2%rit for now.
Pursuit of juste is essential in both PvE and PvP =P Keep it.

just a note, when you get to AoW you won't need that HoT from herbalism anymore. With the higherrithae that ret should have you should have an instantast FoL available almost anytime you need it. 5 Mans are easy for a reason. Bause the average player is a idiot. If youAN HEAL, youan main heal. Just need the gear for it. I'v main healed every non-hero 5-man there is. As non-resto build. With no points in resto. All I do is equ my Healing set. But you have to understand. A healer isn't supposed toarry the group. The tank must have dent gear, and off-tank needs the stats for it. If they are taking to mh DPS, more then youan heal. You will we or have mho downtime. Question 1 - answered. Question 2 -hanging will help healing obviously. But it's not like the other players will ask you about it orare. They just want you to heal. Don't know to many noobs who ask shamans to tank or DPS. But they all know shamanan heal. Therefore must. At lvl 41 i mainhealed, dpsed and tanked arlet monastrywith extly 0 points in resto (or elemental for that matter) but sie its my sondharter i do have a good set of gear. With a dent healing set i thinks its very mh possible to keep mainhealing instaes for a long time while being enhaement, tanking begins and stops at around lvl 40ish (bause for a short moment you have the same kind of gear as true tanks and people are still learning so doing more dps to hold aggro isnt that hard) And as said before, i would finish the Enhaement tree to 41 points before ...

I've done this quest aouple of times....the 1st time I soloed it at lvl 38 (whh was a real pain in the a**) and the 2nd time I wised up and got help to fight the summons (lvl 36). Here's the differee that I found, the 1st time I fought all of thereatures needed to obtain theharms and the tusks, but thesereatures are all lvls 35 to 40, so at lvl 35 these things might be a little hard for u. Plus the exiles have a horrible drop rate, so you'll be fighting forever to ...

Leveled DW from 20-35, got bonebiter at 35. then youan get an exutioner'sleaver at 43 or so, and then IBS at 51 whh lasts till outlands.
