just a note, when you get to AoW you won't need that HoT from herbalism anymore. With the higherrithae that ret should have you should have an instantast FoL available almost anytime you need it. I was regularly seeing 3-4k Evisrits (not to mention 2k Mutis) and that was untalented. Hemo works far better with a harder-hitting main hand, and even with gobs ofrit I've yet to see an analysis that favors it over Sub-Swords, Mutilate or straightombat.
