Rogues = PvP.
Nothing you can do but hope a heal-bot is nearby or that the Rogue's Lat skyrockets as he makes his move.
Although, if you catch a rogue with no CDs up, he's toast.
One other thing. Bestial Wrath is a godsend vs. Rogues. Pop your trinket after the first stun, or ride it out, then BW, then a trap Freezing or Frost, (I prefer Freezing but damn PvP trinkets make it a dicey call) space yourself and hope he doesn't have Shadow Step available. Cry Havoc And Let Slip The Dogs Of War.
